These two yarns have come together to create gradient magic in the Cascading Colors Shawl! This simple-to-knit, top-down triangle shawl let’s the yarn do all the work to create a cascade of color. Switching between the tonal yarn and color-morphing cake, colors shift hues or saturation as you knit to create a striking shawl.

Yarns: Wonderland Yarns “Mary Ann” 85% superwash merino, 15% nylon; 475 yards/4 oz: 1 skein (MC), shown in Raven AND Wonderland Yarns “Blossoms: Mary Ann” 85% superwash merino, 15% nylon; 475 yards/4 oz: 1 cake (CC), shown in Clematis

Alternately: Use two contrasting colors of “Mary Ann” or two “Blossoms.”

Needles & Notions: US size 5/3.75mm needles, or size required to get gauge, larger needle—two sizes up—for binding off (optional), stitch marker, darning needle
