Supplies:
sport yarn of your choice in 3 colors and a 3.00 mm hook (UK11) (US 10/3)

• sewing thread in color matching the color of the big Kanzashi flower
• sewing needle for sewing the flower, leaves and vines on the comb and a tapestry needle for weaving in ends
• hair comb (preferably a big one – the comb in the tutorial measures 7.5 cm across and 4 cm down / 3” x 1.57”

Stitches: chain (ch), chain space (ch-space), skip (sk), slip stitch (sl st), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc), double crochet (dc), treble (tr), picot, 5/4-dc/tr bobble stitch (https://www.yarnspirations.com/how-to-crochet-bobbles.html) . American terminology used.

Measurements of finished central flower: 10 cm x 10 cm (3.93” across and down)

Length of vines: Green vines are 20-22 cm (50-55”) long, the purple is 19 cm (48”) and the pink one is 17 cm (43”).
