Cat Mat is my first attempt in dishcloth design which had been in the back burner for over 6 months. It uses the basic bias knitting that requires simple increase and decrease, and adding the cat design using cable / slip stitch combo. It features 3D cat paws and cat ears (and YES, they are adorable in real life or knitting lol). The traditional purl bump selvedge is totally improved to make it 360 degree (no bald spot at cast on or bind off). Options available for cast on method and body stitches. It comes with written instruction and knitting chart. A mini photo tutorial is added to help in knitting the difficulty rows.

Sizing could be obtained by using larger needles (approximately 1” increase with size 5.00 mm / US 8)

Difficulty level is at intermediate and suitable for advance beginner and above.

The whole project will take about two to four hours to complete.

Enjoy the knitting :)
