Each shop’s pattern(s) will be available free with purchase at that shop during the Rose City Yarn Crawl. All patterns will also be available for download individually or as part of our 2019 Collection: A Walk in the Park: 2019 Rose City Yarn Crawl Pattern Collection.

Director Park is in the heart of downtown Portland and provides a place to relax, gather, host events, and in the summer, cool off in the fountain. There are several striking features to this park, among them the patterns in the pavers designed to direct water to the park’s catchment system. Those paving patterns provided the inspiration for this poncho. Next time you visit Director Park, take a minute to look down and see the textures. And of course, wear your Catchment Poncho to keep the chill at bay!
