If you are using madelinetosh unicorn tails instead of a full skein of madelinetosh merino light, you will need two tails.

Any colors will work for the main and contrasting color as long as there is good contrast. I would love to see one with a white main color and dark contrasting color!

Errata: The original pattern lists the gauge as 63 stitches for 4 inches. This is very incorrect. I got 38 stitches when remeasuring recently. The ravelry purchase has the updated pattern.
