Catherine the Pterodactyl
Catherine the Pterodactyl is a classic in TOFT’s menagerie of dinosaurs. This woolly version of the extinct dinosaur is much smaller and more cuddly than its prehistoric counterpart, which was possibly the largest flying creature that ever lived on the Earth.
This fun crochet dinosaur project forms part of TOFT’s Edward’s Menagerie collection of amigurumi crochet toys designed by Kerry Lord. This amigurumi crochet animal kit contains our luxurious pure wool yarn and an easy-to-follow downloadable pattern with video links for all the techniques.
YOU WILL NEED: 3mm crochet hook, toy stuffing, a wool needle and a length of black thread for the eyes.
SKILL LEVEL: 3 - intermediate.
VITAL STATS: When finished and in the sitting position your Pterodactyl will be approximately 18cm tall.
IT WILL TAKE: approximately 1-5 hrs crochet time.
