Yarn: 400500-600m (436545-654yrds) of super bulky weight, I used wool/acrylic, 100gr/120m.
Needles: US 15 /10mm of length 60cm/24in.

Gauge:
9 sts x 14 rnds is 4in/10cm in pattern stitch, always use a needle size which gives you the correct gauge.

Sizes:
XS/SM/L-XL/XXL
Finished meassurements:
Neck: 4453-62cm/1721-24in.
Bottom: 111133-155cm/4452-61in.
Hight after shaping: 30cm/12in.

Notes:
To lenghten the capelet, repeat rnds 3-10 to desired length.
Make sure to bind off loosely at the neck, it will strech to fit over your head.
