The inspiration for many of my designs starts with a swatch of a pattern stitch. One pattern stitch I have always wanted to use, the Wave and Chevron, finally found a home in this design. The play of color and the ripples make it look complicated, but this is a fun project to make. It works with a wide variety of colors from monochrome, muted, pastels, jewel tones, bold, even neon shades.

The gauge is measured after three rounds are completed and the piece is measured across in diameter.

The yarn used here is Cascade Yarns 220 Superwash in Green Apple & Purple Hyacinth, 1 skein each.
