Ceres was the ancient Roman goddess of harvest, grains, motherhood and the earth.

The Ceres cardigan is knitted seamlessly top down. It is worked beginning at the back of the neck and then continued down to the underarm. Stitches are picked up from the shoulders for the front, which features a simple cable and lace pattern. The sleeve caps are shaped with short rows to improve the fit.
