I designed this cowl for my daughter and then adapted it for older girls and women. It is a cable pattern that is knit in the round while holding the yarn double stranded. I used just under 2 balls of Hempathy for the toddler size. If you don’t want to double strand then just substitute a worsted weight yarn.
