The Chantilly Scarf, named after the French Crème Chantilly (whipped cream), is a light and airy scarf perfect for spring. Add a touch of sweet elegance to your style with this scarf. The tie is made first, then stitches are increased on one side while the pattern is worked. Then the stitches are decreased on the other side; and the opposite tie is knitted to the end.

Finished Measurements
Width: 22 cm 8 ¾” / Total length: 121.5 cm 47 ¾”

Needles

Gauge
32 sts and 34 rows = 10 cm 4” in pattern with 3.5 mm US 4 needle (after wet blocking)
Since it is an accessory, the gauge is not overly important (though the difference affects the yardage). If you have made any changes to gauge or needle sizes to match the yarn from your stash, I would be grateful if you could post the results on your Ravelry project page. Your note will surely help many people. Thank you!
