Charlotte is a very detailed pattern (both charts and written instructions + photos of each row) for a sweater/pullover with circular mosaic yoke and (optional) mosaic cuffs.
All lengths are adjustable thanks to top-to-down construction. Neck is also completed in the end of work, you can modify it to your needs.
