This Bolero-type raglan shrug is designed for when you want something to cover your arms and the back of your neck but don’t want anything too heavy. Lace trim adds to its lightness.

It’s worked from the top down and reaches just past the waist. A three-inch wide lace edging is added last. The lace edging may be worn folded over if desired.

The shrug also has a lace diamond design on roomy sleeves to complement the edging.

Errata for v2 - pre September 2014:
For odd rows 13 - 31 (35, 39, 47, 51): 3x should be 4x - since there are 4 raglan markers. (I can’t believe I missed that.) This change is in the newer version, v3.

Errata for old version of pattern - pre September 2013:
(These changes are already in the newer version.)
The middle of Row 1 should be:
( p2, k2 ) 3 (5, 6, 7, 8) x
instead of:
( p2, k2 ) 3 (4, 5, 6, 7) x
Row 9 should start:
Row 9 (RS): k3, M1L, k1, sm, k1, M1R, k1, p2tog,
instead of:
Row 9 (RS): k3, M1L, k1, sm, k1, M1R, k1, k1, p2tog,
Row 15 should start:
Row 15 (RS): k to 1 st before marker, M1L, k1, sm,
instead of:
Row 15 (RS): k to 1 st before marker, M1L, sk1, sm,
The number of rows after working R Row 1a - R Row 4a 5 (4, 3, 1, 1) times is 48 (48, 48, 48, 52) instead of 48 for all sizes.
The set-up row for the Lower Garment has 136 (148, 160, 176, 190) sts.

“Knit in pattern” should be “work in pattern” throughout.
