Easy to knit stranded colorwork patterning make these mittens work up quickly plus the stranding adds extra warmth. The “cheating” is the color work accomplished by simply using a self-striping sock yarn for the contrasting yarns. The stranding is worked over only 2 sts at a time so that you don’t have to “catch” the floats and fingers won’t get tangled.
