Cherry picking can mean to select the best stuff from what´s available and who can resist picking these socks with bright red cherries and a fun striped matching cuff and toe? These joyful, vibrant Cherry Picking socks are perfect for wearing or knitting any time of the year, for a little nod towards warm summer days.

Knit from the top down with a couple of contrasting stripes on the ribbed cuff, these socks have a short row heel (with a video tutorial too!) and a stranded colourwork pattern throughout the leg and foot. The toe decreases with a couple of stripes to match the cuff and is finished by grafting stitches together. This pattern uses the magic loop circular needle method (but can be knit with 23cm (9 inch) circulars or DPNs).
