16” / 40 cm circular needle, size 3 / 3.25 mm, if using Tubular Cast-On
Stitch markers, 1 a different color for BOR

For Hat only: 1 set double-pointed needles, size 5 / 3.75 mm or preferred needles for working small circumferences

GAUGE
22 pairs of sts and 34 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in double knitting on larger needle
