This bright, rainbow colored poncho is from the Knit Simple Holiday 2009 Poncho, Scarf, and Hat Pattern Set. The poncho is sized for a Child’s 2, 4, and 6. It is a very easy pattern and knits up quickly since bulky yarn is used. The poncho is knitted in garter stitch stripes in the round from the top down. The shape of the poncho is made by the increases that are incoporated in the pattern. You will need a MC along with 6 of your favorite colors. There is also a hat and scarf that goes along with the poncho.
