Pattern Notes:
These mittens are ambidextrous; make both alike. Two strands of yarn are held together for entire project. Carry yarns loosely at back of work. It will be necessary to adjust stripes/checks as you increase or decrease to maintain pattern continuity. Increases for thumb gusset are mirror-imaged and are worked by knitting in row below.
