This bold geometric design will add warmth to any room. The reversible design was achieved by alternating rows of dark red and black, using a combination of sc and long hdc which are worked into the previous row. The long hdc are worked with one color on odd rows and the contrasting color on even rows creating the reversible effect. A length of yarn is left at each end on all the rows for the fringe. A design chart is also included for reference. Skill Level: Easy.

Approximately 2500 yards of dark red and 2200 yards of black are needed to complete this afghan.
