Original name: クリスマスあみぐるみ (Kurisumasu amigurumi). Designer: 佐野 純子 (most likely Sano Junko, but the kanji for the first name Junko could also be read many other ways).

Calls for Japanese crochet hooks sized “Pen E” and 8/0. I’ve never seen “Pen E” on a hook chart before, so your guess is as good as mine. Use what you need to achieve gauge.
