Christmas Bitsy Boy Teddy
This pattern has been discontinued as I have combined the girl and boy bitsy bears in to a single pattern. Christmas bitsy bears
Bitsy Teddy is ready for fun and games in the snow. He is wrapped up warmly in his Christmas sweater.
And is very proud of his new hat and scarf set complete with mini pompoms!
Bitsy Teddy’s clothes are removable, so little folk can enjoy dressing him up, then he can enjoy all their adventures together.
Bitsy Bear’s head and body are knitted in a single piece with simple shaping
Bitsy teddy’s Hat, Christmas sweater and trousers are knitted flat in single pieces from the top down and seamed.
If you are new to top down patterns this is a nice first project, stitch markers help track the shaping. I explain each step row by row to guide you.
Standard knitting techniques are used through-out- however please be sure to use M1(make 1) when increasing, otherwise your stitch count will be incorrect.
This 9-page pattern has three sections, Part A covers making your teddy, part B covers making his clothes and part C shows you how to make mini pom poms for his hat and scarf.
Each section includes full details to guide you through making up and finishing with photos to illustrate key points.
