Decorate a plain card with a piece of beautiful knitting! Knit a stunning intarsia snowflake square to make a gorgeous Christmas card and practise your Fair Isle technique while you do it! A great project if you’re new to colourwork and you want test out your skills on a small project.
MATERIALS
• One 50g ball of Debbie Bliss Rialto 4-Ply in each of
Red 09 and White 01 (see Note)
• Pair of 3mm (US 2-3) knitting needles
• Plain blank cards approximately 13.5cm/ 5 1⁄4in
square (or size to suit)
FINISHED MEASUREMENTS
• Approximately 9 x 10.5cm / 3 1⁄2 x 4 1⁄4in.
