Every year I try to think up a simple idea to be used for table gifts for family and friends coming to Christmas Dinner. Have to admit it’s getting more and more difficult to dream up new ideas!! But this year I thought how lovely it would be to send dinner guests home with a hug to keep them warm, or should I say keep their drinks warm.

They are knitted in chunky yarn, I have included a tension swatch guide if you are in doubt, not the super chunky yarn, just chunky.
You will see I have used a smaller needle size than quoted on ball bands for chunky, this is because I wanted to create a dense knitted fabric that wouldn’t stretch out of shape and will keep hot drinks hotter for longer.

I have also included a simple making up guide at the back of the pattern, just in case you need a little guidance but to be fair these are a very simple knit, take approximately 50 grammes of yarn and knit very quickly.

As always yes you may sell finished items created from any of my patterns, just not the actual pattern please.
