Bitsy Christmas set

Bitsy Baby is ready to spread some Christmas Magic!

She has sparkly wings and a little wand to spread fairy dust around the Christmas tree.

Maybe she will sit at the very top and watch all the Christmas fun and games?

Bitsy Babies are cute little pocket sized dolls.
They are made from bits and pieces of left over yarn-
That is why they are called
–Bitsy Babies!-

They are so quick and easy to make.
An ideal project for new knitters and fun little project for more experienced crafters.

You can create your own Bitsy Baby in just an evening. –
The body and head are knitted in one piece and after seaming and stuffing the legs are created by sewing a seam through from front to back to divide the legs.
The arms use very simple shaping and are sewn on when making up this cute little character.

Size-14cm /5.5”- Just the right size to fit in a pocket!

Check the recommended needle size for your yarn and use a needle 1 size smaller.
This will give a close textured stocking stitch which will hold its shape well when stuffed

Recommended yarn-
5g- Paint box yarns Simply DK- White and Vanilla Cream
5g- Sirdar Ella Summer Lux cotton Blend DK-0015

You will also need-
Small amount of pale yellow and blue DK
