Need a quick crochet project for the Christmas season? This mitten garland works up easily and makes darling little mittens you can personalize with color, stripes, a heart, and a snowflake. Tuck something inside each one and use as an advent calendar or make just a few as gift toppers or tree ornaments.
Your PDF purchase includes written instructions with a photo tutorial. You’ll need the yarn colors pictured (worsted/aran weight), a size E/3.5mm crochet hook, a yarn needle and a beginner to intermediate crochet skill level. Each mitten is about 3” x 3”.
The Crochet Mitten Garland pattern is also available for free on my blog (www.crochettoplay.com). This PDF is available as a service to crocheters who would like the pattern to be printer friendly, ad-free, and with more picture support.
About Crochet to Play:
Each Crochet to Play pattern gives you all the instructions you’ll need to create toys that appeal to both kids and adults. I am a firm believer that children flourish with plenty of opportunities for creativity. When you give a child the toys you have handmade from these patterns, you are giving tools for story-telling, dramatic play, understanding character, and more!
Patterns are written in US crochet terminology and are meant for the intermediate crocheter.
You will receive an instant download PDF. Your pattern will include step by step instructions and helpful photographs.
