This easy hat is a great introduction to color work. Working in dark brown you work halfway up the hat and then using Fair Isle techniques alternate the brown and white yarn to gradually transition entirely to parchment (or the white sauce that is the topping for any good Christmas pudding. Finally create three holly berries, and two holly leaves as garnish for your pudding.

Difficulty Level: Adventurous Beginner
