Pattern has been updated to include worsted weight, bulky and super bulky yarn, plus a yellow bird variation.

Materials
Yarn: White and black yarn in worsted, bulky or super bulky weight
Super Bulky Version: Bernat baby blanket in white, Lion Brand Hometown Black, Lion Brand Hometown Red (optional for collar), worsted weight black for eyes.
Bulky Version: Use bulky weight yarn (or 2 strands worsted weight held together) in white and black, red (optional for collar), worsted weight black for eyes.

Crochet Hooks: I, J, K

Miscellaneous: yarn needle, small amount of stuffing for the nose

Gauge
Super bulky weight yarn and K hook: 4” = 11 hdc and 8 rounds
Bulky weight yarn and J hook: 4” = 12 hdc and 8.5 rounds
Worsted weight yarn and I hook: 4” = 13 hdc and 9 rounds

Sizes: baby to adult
