Chunky Booms for Looms
These little loom-knit bombs are an explosion of fun!
Loom:
12 peg large gauge loom (3/4” to 5/8”), such as the “Flower Loom” from Knifty Knitter
Yarn:
Main color: 10 yards bulky / 20 yards worsted
Fuse color: 1-2 yards bulky
The yellow samples were made using approximately 10 yards of Loops and Threads Charisma in colorway “Yellow”; the gray samples were made using approximately 20 yards of Deborah Norville Everyday Worsted in colorway “Steel,” held doubled. The fuses for both were made using approximately 1-2 yard of Charisma in colorway “White.”

Needle for finishing
Small amount of material to fill the bomb (for example, stuffing, weighted pellets, aquarium gravel, rice or beans, etc.), and if desired a nylon for extra containment
