Who doesn’t love a new pair of mittens? Some knitters stay far away from mittens though because of those pesky double pointed needles. You should no longer fear making mittens because I wrote a pattern for mittens that are made flat, no DPNs needed! These mittens work up quick since they use a size 9 needle and Anthem Chunky yarn. The pattern is written for 1 color, but it is simple enough to play with color blocking or stripes.
