This is a LOW SEW GARMENT, most of the ends are enclosed within the borders.
ALL THE PARTS ARE ADDED AS YOU WORK, SO NO SEAMS TO MATCH.

Small: 32 – 34 inches, 80 – 85 cm to
3XL: 52 – 54 inches, 130 – 135 cm
