Notes From the Designer:
Cirro-velum is a horizontal sheet of high cloud without much structure, possibly with a wavy under-surface, veiling the whole sky. This drapey vest is a simply textured rectangle knit horizontally. The four-row pattern repeat breaks only for armholes created by an I-cord bind-off and cast-on that duplicates the continuous I-cord borders. This seamless piece is one size fits most with three options for armhole size and placement, which may alter length and drape on individual frames. The Serene Hues kit fades beautifully from soft rose to stormy grays with hints of gentle green.
Instructions are identical for all sizes except for size and placement of armholes.

“Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time.”- John Lubbock
