I have a thing about designing socks for various tv characters. This is my latest in honor of Claudia Donovan from warehouse 13.
One thing I’ve always really liked about her is her hair. In particular, the colored swoops she wears on one side. The cables are meant to portray them in a knitted way.
I knit these in one size (US women’s size 6) but should be easy to adjust, just keep in mind that the cables and intarsia pulls in and makes the socks a bit snug, which I prefer, but not everyone does.
You only need two fifty gram skeins of yarn to do these or just one and scraps, the cables really don’t take much at all. The pattern is for magic loop but could be done any way you like to knit socks.
