Cloudweave Scarf is a simple, yet effective little neck accessory.
It is worked flat from tip to tip in a trapezoid shape. The textured pattern is created with faux cables and edges are finished with a two-stitch i-cord.

Cloudweave Scarf can be knit with different gauges to get a different result. Knit with 4 mm needles and DK weight yarn you to get a small neck scarf that is easy to pair with any outfit. Worked on 5.5 mm needles with Aran weight yarn you get a bigger, cozier scarf that keeps you nice and toasty over the colder months! Nothing stops you trying out even more gauge options, the possibilities are endless! This pattern provides both written instructions and charts.

YARN AND YARDAGE
Size 1, DK weight: 100 g of Drops Air (65 % alpaca, 28 % polyamid, 7 % wool, 150 m / 50 g) or 260 m / 295 yards of similar DK weight yarn.
Size 2, Aran weight: 200 g of B-Tex Sura Worsted (100% merino wool, 166 m / 100 g) or 310 m / 340 yards of similar Aran weight yarn.

SIZE 2: 5.5 mm

GAUGE
SIZE 1: 22 sts / 25 rows worked in pattern on 4 mm needles is 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches after blocking.

SIZE 2: 18 sts / 21 rows worked in pattern on 5.5 mm needles is 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches after blocking.
