With just a hint of nubby texture, the knit-and-purl stitch pattern in these socks is easy to follow, and the fabric of the leg grows fast on the needles. The angora/wool blend lends the fabric a plush feel and will felt slightly with wear, making these the perfect socks for a chilly morning walk.

  • MATERIALS AND NOTIONS 2 skeins of Classic Elite Yarns Lush (50% angora, 50% wool; 124yds/112m per 50g skein); #4490. (This yarn has been discontinued. Good substitutes include Naturally Sensation and Adriafil Carezza.) US #9 (5.5mm) set of dpns. Adjust needle size as needed to obtain correct gauge. 3 stitch markers, yarn needle.
