Coconut ice: Lacy Coat
Coconut Ice: Lacy Coat is on pages 32 & 33 in the book Easy Knits for Kids. It is illustrated on page 30. The book published in Australia contains instructions for knitting in 4ply yarn or 6ply yarn with no mention of specific brands. The individual pamphlets published in the UK have the same instructions, suggesting the use of 4ply or DK yarns, made by the firms named on the leaflets. In these the pattern name is given simply as Lacy Coat.
The pattern is worked in one piece. Two needle sizes are used - the smaller for the front bands and the neckband.
