Warmth and comfort for cold spring or autumn days. Armholes make this poncho easier to wear. If you want, the poncho can be made without arm holes. Poncho is seamless, it is worked from top down as one piece. Length can be easily adjusted.

Cocotero is spanish, meaning coconut. I was pregnant when I did this poncho and it was very wearable with growing belly. It is highly usable after pregnancy, also.

Lane Cervinia le fibre Nobili Val Gardena (40 % acrylic, 60 % virgin wool, 50g/87yds/80m), You need approx.: 14(17, 20) skeins = 1220(1479, 1740) yds/1120(1360, 1600) m.
The sample was knitted with color dark brown 235.
Needles:
Two US 8 (5 mm) 40”/100 cm circular needles. You can use shorter needle for the collar or longer in the hemline. For separating armholes you need one extra long circular needle.
Adjust the needle size to get the correct gauge.
