Materials:

1) Simplicity by Hikoo (DK weight yarn) in color blue (MC), red (CC 1), and white (CC2) or any brand of yarn in sport weight.
2) A set of size 2 or 3 double-pointed needles (DPNs)
3) A locking stitch marker
4) Felting Materials such as yellow wool, felting needles, and foam
5) Polyester or wool stuffing
6) Tapestry needle to weave in ends of ornament
7) Crochet hook (optional) to make a chain

Skills required:

Working with DPNs; pattern decreases and increases; a basic experience with colorwork knitting. Basic flat needle felting.
