This lacy poncho is worked circularly, from the neckline outward. The shoulder panels feature long draw-string fringes that adjust the length and form ruching.

1 skein of Estelle Rainbow Confetti, 50% cotton, 50% acrylic, approx 800 m / 875 yds and 200g / 7 oz per skein.
Needles and notions:
Circ needles 3.5mm / US 4, 16”, 24” and 40” long.
