Connected Dots Picnic Blanket
by Durable Yarn
You can crochet this generous picnic blanket with two colors of Durable Cosy fine. The crocheted stripes with bobbles are crocheted in a contrasting color. Because the bobbles are staggered, this gives the picnic blanket a playful effect.
About this pattern
- Chains used to turn (t-ch) do not count as a stitch in the entire pattern;
- Turn your work at the end of each row, unless otherwise stated;
- Crocheting half double crochets between the stitches: The half double crochets (hdc) are worked between the half double crochets of the previous row. So, you do not insert the hook under the little ‘v’ of the stitch, but slightly lower under three loops. This does not apply if you work half double crochets on single crochets, then you simply work the half double crochets into the st and insert under the little ‘v’ of the stitch.
