An Any Gauge pattern. This is a basic recipe you can knit with any yarn you like. There is some math to do at the beginning to find the number of stitches you have in 1” (your gauge). After casting on and working the neckband, work some short rows to drop the front of the neck. Then you can determine how over-sized you want this pullover to be as you knit round and round, using the contiguous shoulder method of increasing at each shoulder every round. It’s surprisingly easy to work.

The armhole openings can made by knitting the Back and Front flat for the armhole depth OR you can make a steek pathway and continue to knit round and round (my choice). Then the steek is reinforced by using the crochet method (video) and cut open. The sleeves, either method, are picked up around the armhole opening and knit down to the wrist, decreasing on the top of the sleeve to continue the slope of the shoulders.

An enjoyable knit for an over-sized comfy pullover, knit in any yarn you wish. Enjoy.
