Contraction Cowl
By switching between a simple textured panel and a section of stitches worked in a simple double knitting technique, this cowl creates the illusion that you are doing something complicated when in fact you are not.
Other than the contraction between the two panels, there is no shaping or pleating in this piece. Simply cast on, knit away, and then graft the final rows together.
Honestly, the grafting is the most challenging part of the entire pattern and you only have to do it once! Bring a little easy sparkle into your knitting with this fun cowl.
