From Wenlan Chia’s Pattern Description For this garment, I was thinking of the woman who goes out of town. This is a sweater to be worn when relaxing. You can have it open with just a bikini underneath - it’s perfect for strolling on the beach. Or it can be buttoned up, very crisp.

This pattern differs from the one in Twinkle’s Big City Knits in length, number of pockets and the use of cables.
