This is a knitted rectangle which is seamed up the back and across the top to form a simple unisex hat. A pompom on both corners adds charm.

It has a cable panel at the front.
Cable panel (26 sts) measures 10.5 cm, 4.25 in.
18 sts and 25 rows to 10 cm, 4 in, over Irish moss stitch on 5 mm needles.

Size 4-5 years uses 100g Comfort Aran. Smaller sizes use less.
