This is a pattern for a Cot Blanket and Teddy, originally published in Knitting magazine. The blanket is in stocking stitch with a garter stitch border, a pocket and a garter stitch teddy. This would be fine for beginners. You will need: 6 x 50 gm balls main, 2 x 50 gm balls contrast. Also a 4.5mm circular needle.
