Pattern is written for a cuff down sock with instructions for a heel flap and gusset. If you prefer toe up and have your toe up recipe you could easily insert the patterned section into that.

Yarn used in the sample is by Momma Jess Knits in the Summer Sock Camp 2026 Sock Set on her sock fingering weight base (75% Superwash Merino/25% Nylon)
MC: Blue (50 grams/231 yards), CC1: Yellow (50 grams/231 yards), CC2 Pink (20 grams/92 yards)
- I do have noted in the pattern how much yarn I used for the size that I knit.

US1/2.25mm for sections with no color work
US1.5/2.5mm for color work sections
Your choice: DPNs, Magic Loop using a 32” cable, 9” circular..etc. Pattern is not written for a specific way of working in the round.
