Picking Up Sts Along a Finished Edge

How to Pick Up Sts in a 3-to-4 Ratio

The Covell Tee is worked flat in two pieces from the bottom up. Stitches are cast on to shape the sleeves, which are work vertically across the arm. After seaming, sleeve stitches are picked up and worked in the round for a ribbed cuff to complete the three quarter sleeves.
