This pattern contains instructions for BOTH the COWL and the SCARF.

The gauge is 4 stitches to the inch - but it is not critical. Just make a nice, drapey fabric.

The cowl uses 2 balls of Peeeps and a US 7 or 8 circular needle.
The cowl is approximately 38” in circumference and 12.5” deep.

The scarf uses 3 balls of Peeps, and a US 7 or 8 needle.
The scarf is approximately 70” long and about 9” wide.
