Pullover is worked in 4 pieces: Back, Front, and 2 Sleeves. Each piece is worked in a textured pattern stitch, changing color to form sections of striping. Neck edging is worked in rnds using double pointed needles (dpns).

Yardage above is simply an estimate. The pattern calls for 2 (2, 2, 3, 4) skeins of Vanna’s Choice in the main color and 1 (1, 1, 2, 2) balls of the Palettes. However different varieties of Vanna’s Choice provide different yardage, which makes it hard to be more exact. The pattern also includes a hat, and the yardage requirements per garment are not broken down.

(Vanna’s Choice Solids have 170 yds. per skein. Vanna’s Choice Prints, Tweeds, and Heathers have 135 yds., and Vanna’s Choice Twists have only 121 yds. Either of these varieties are suggested for the main color. The pattern also suggests Vanna’s Palettes, packages of eight different color mini-skeins.)
