Notes from the Designer:
Cowls and hats are important pieces of your wardrobe during cold weather season if you want to be warm. I love being warm and wear a lot of cowls and hats. I also like convertible items with multiple uses. I designed this cowl to be a hat as well.
The Berry Freeze colorway that I used for the design reminded me of Cranberries and Ice Cream so I named the cowl Cranberry Cream. YUM! In keeping with this Cranberry Cream theme, I chose a crossed cluster design for the center section to resemble cranberries.
Is it a Cowl? Is it a Hat? Good news! It’s both.
•A fun convertible pattern that is very stylish and quick to make.
•Whimsical pom poms attached to a crocheted i-cord add a bit of interest as well as functionality.
•Simple stitches mixed with some advanced stitches make this a good pattern for adventurous beginners.
•Crochet I-Cord instructions are included… you can also use a knitted I-Cord, Ribbon, Shoestring, or whatever you have on hand. Yardage used includes the making of the I-Cord and the pom poms.
•Simple pom pom instructions are also included.
