This elegant scarf features a beautiful flowing and repeating cable pattern over 16 rows. It looks great in any color, but I think it’s best in the natural, undyed colors of Cascade Ecological Wool. The pattern repeats make it easy to knit in any length, and the free Options page help you alter the pattern to make a shawl or blanket. You should choose a smoothly spun yarn in a solid color for the cables to show up at their best, but the gauge is really optional so you can experiment with a variety of yarns or needle sizes. Finished width is 10” when using recommended yarn and gauge.
